In the newsletter of July 2020 I shared a mind map on stress. Generally, when we talk about stress it is usually when it is disadvantageous. The simple action of just thinking of something stressful can result in a range of bodily reactions from sweaty palms, short breath, and tightness of muscles. According to Harvard Business Review, stress impacts nearly half of our society with 43% reporting high levels of stress on a daily basis. So, early detection is vital to curb the effects of negative stress that may lead to burnout and other mental and physical illnesses.
